Healthy and Delicious Roasted Red Pepper Chicken and Avocado Salad Recipe

I love to eat healthy, whole foods, but sometimes I get stuck in a rut and tend to eat the same foods over and over again.

I mean…you can only eat so many grilled chicken breasts and tuna salads before you start to crave a burger with fries.

That’s why I love this healthy and delicious Roasted Red Pepper Chicken and Avocado Salad recipe:

Ingredients:
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce (about 10 cups)
